The host is very kind and helpful. The beds are comfortable. The location is great, the Paul centre is 8-10 min walk away.
Finding the apartment is not the easiest (the neighbour helped us). The host has many cats, so the smell is not so pleasant in the common areas.

Very cheap hotel close to Pombas centre. Rooms are clean and check in is very easy.
The hotel is next to a carpentry workshop which starts work around 7am.

Good location, clean, quiet, nice view up the mountain if your room is on the back side of the building.
It was little hard to find as it was not on the street. In the attached picture walk in the driveway, wind around to the left and it will be on the right

Very nice room, shares bathroom only with one other room, very affordable room rate and easy to reach by foot
Quite noisy in the morning as it is located behind a workshop and like everywhere on the island lots of roosters.
