Welcome to this perfect “home away from home” duplex located one block from the bay on 18th street in the heart of Surf City, and only 2 blocks from the beautiful bay beach (great for young children and beautiful afternoon sunsets!) and walking distance to the Ocean – easy walk home for lunch!
This duplex offers a great deck with outdoor furniture - a great place for drinks after a beautiful beach day. The unit is identical to the first floor with 3 bedrooms (1 queen bed in one room, 2 twin beds in the other two rooms), and one full bath,. The unit offers its own gas grill, washer & dryer, fully-equipped kitchen (including a Keurig machine), window air conditioning units, iron and ironing board, blow dryer, wireless Internet, flat screen cable HDTV with a variety of channels (including on demand music and HBO, Cinemax, Showtime, Starz channels). As a precaution measure, we kindly ask our guests to bring their own sheets, towels, and beach chairs, we will include comforters, pillows, boogie boards, and beach badges.
In addition to the items listed above, this fully equipped kitchen includes new flatware, silverware, glassware, microwave, toaster oven, blender, mixer, regular coffee machine, lobster pot, and cooking ware.
Surf City is a great beach community where one can walk comfortably to several gourmet delis, cheese and specialty stores, variety of restaurants, butcher shop, art galleries, gift shops, church, ice cream parlors, barber shop, bike rentals, hair and nail salons.
Please note that 4 beach badges (valued at $40 each) are included with each unit; however, tenant is responsible for lost badges. Also, no smoking or pets allowed, We welcome families, no groups please. Thank you!

Check-in was quick and easy. Perfect 3 bedroom for me and my family in a convenient location with a quick walk to the bay and the beach. My kids were happy to be close to the bay beach that was perfect for young kids! Loved being able to walk to several ice cream spots and cute restaurants. You don't need to drive anywhere if you don't want to. Hoping to rent again next summer!

House was exactly as described. Great location, fully equipped kitchen and large enough living room for 6 plus a family dinner with other family staying down the road. Beds were all comfortable as well. Outside deck is nice to sit and relax at sunset.Great communication with the owners. We already are set for next year.

We had a great week! The host is very accommodating. Fantastic location, so much to do in walking distance. The place was perfect for our family of 5. We are looking forward to going back next year!
