For me it's functional, close to the airport and what you'd expect for this price and the hotel chain. Room is basic, comfortable and clean. The staff are friendly and helpful.

i loved breakfast, it was satisfied and I travel a lot stays mainly at 4-to-5-star hotels, but your breakfast is 4-star treatment
your receptionist Tiffany can really be friendlier, your receptionist is the face of any hotel/lodge/ business and she is very unpleasant. I love to come back, we went to the Tamia concert, and our flight were early would have loved your staff to be more accommodating in checking in earlier because there were no one in our room before us.
