Loved they had fresh towels and a little soap on your bed for arrival. The room was clean and had modern feel

Wonderful staff and reception. I really had a peaceful stay.
- The family room was quite cramped up but we managed.
- Unsuitable bathroom floor tiles that get very slippery when wet. They are safety hazards especially in a room that is also hosting kids.
- The basin trap leaks
- The bathroom window doesn't close
- The kitchen facility is very dirty and smelly
- No hot water
- bedding and towels not clean

Only the room was completely clean comfortable and really peaceful, the staff are very friendly but the owner was very arrogant I tried to contact him because I was lost and sometimes Google doesn’t always point the correct way or direction so I asked him for a pin to get the exact location the guy didn’t even worry and when I got to Goodwood the place doesn’t even have a name I kept calling and he kept dropping my calls but at last the lady came n get us and she was very friendly and helpful.
In the rooms There’s no kettle no microwave no coffee and only the cheap toilet paper that looks dull for the amount I payed🥲the kitchen is a total mess 🤮 I am sure ts for the staff only but what about us that comes from far? That place doesn’t deserve any ratings especially with the owner like that he must just accommodate locals specifically because I had kids as well and we needed to make breakfast not takeaways.
