About this apartment rental
'View to The Blue' is an apartment on the ground floor of a converted Victorian town house. It delivers one of the best views in Kingswear! Sit and relax on the private terrace and watch the comings and goings on the River Dart (boats mooring in the marina down below, the Paddle Steamer, passenger ferries, cruise ships & even the odd super yacht). The steam train passes by too. Private terrace and no shared spaces in the property. With no hills to climb you'll be 5 minutes walk to the pub and cafe as well as the car and passenger ferries. It's also the perfect location for the coastal path. During the summer months there is sun on the side of the terrace in the morning and then it slowly fills the entire area and doesn't disappear behind Dartmouth until 8:45 in the evening.
The space has a large luxurious kitchen with everything you could ever need.
The main room has a large window with big comfy sofa which gives you 'The view to The Blue' with a dinning table in the window area.
A new large contemporary bathroom with large decent shower & plenty of room.
From the large terrace at the front there is only the marina between you and the water.
View to The Blue is exactly what it says. Located in the heart of Kingswear just 100m from the River Dart, the terrace has a 180 degree view of the river and Dartmouth where the pubs, shops, restaurants and tourist attractions can be seen from the comfort of the sofa on a rainy day.
The apartment has a large sofa and king size bed with memory foam mattress, white cotton bed linen and we also provide 2 bath towels and hand towels.
To get you started we also provide tea, coffee, sugar, milk sachets, toilet roll, washing up liquid, hand wash, cooking oil, salt and pepper.

The view down to the harbour was lovely. We parked in the harbour car park just across the road, reasonably priced at 7.20 per day.

If you’re looking for a quiet, relaxing holiday, then this is the place! Gorgeous flat, comfortably furnished and beautifully decorated. It has lots of lovely personal touches and is well thought out and well equipped.
Amazing views across the marina to Dartmouth and lovely terrace. Sadly the pub and coffee shop were being refurbished and the shop is quite limited, but we enjoyed walking down to the ferry and crossing over to Dartmouth. No shortage of places to shop/eat there.
We couldn’t get off street parking, but parked for the week in the Marina car park, right opposite the flat - approx £45 and no hassle - would recommend.

We both absolutely loved our stay at 'View To The Blue'. The property itself was fantastic; spotlessly clean, great amenities, and absolute;l stunning inside & outside.The property has everything you need for a fantastic break in South Devon.The view from the balcony simply cannot be beaten!10/10 - we would definitively recommend this place!We hope to stay again.
