About this apartment rental
This stunning apartment is located on the Ground Floor, comfortably sleeping two to four people. You will have exclusive use of the apartment enabling you 'to do what you want when you want'.
The apartment benefits from large panoramic windows in the Kitchen/dinner overlooking the estuary towards Dartmouth Castle and out to sea.
YOU CANNOT USE THE SWIMMING POOL FACILITES IF YOU ARE THE ONLY OCCUPANT OF YOUR APARTMENT.
ELECTRICITY IS CHARGED PER UNIT USED.
This apartment is fully equipped with everything you need for an enjoyable stay, including linen and towels, a travel cot is available however please bring your own bedding for this.
The kitchen comes complete with oven, dishwasher, microwave, fridge and a good range of utensils and cleaning products. There is a door to the patio where it is possible to enjoy meals.
There is a private bathroom.
Whilst staying at Kingswear Park, you have access to the pool building, including indoor pool (with resistance jet), sauna, spa, small gym as well as the other onsite activities. Be sure to explore the 5 acres of grounds as there are some truly special views to be appreciated.
There is free wi-fi, allocated parking, extra parking and access to the on-site Electric Vehicle charging points.
The apartment is NO Smoking.

Kitchen china lacked cereal bowls. We had to stand on a chair to reach some crockery no stool.. The staff were very apologetic and rectified these shortcomings immediately.
The shower is pretty useless and is an ongoing problem over the years.
Gilbert is a lovely apartment with beautiful views.

The wonderful location and building and of course the staff. Thank you all.
We just had one slight issue re the 'matteress topper' on the pull out sofa bed that was not in the appartment for the first night where Immy my grandaughter and boyfreind were effectively sleeping on springs with a most uncomfortable night. all sorted with Clare the next day though who brough one down. May be worth a double check when 4 people are staying in Gilbert as bed only made up late evening. See you next year.

After some 30 years or thereabouts of staying at Kingswear Park it never loses its charm.
