Pentre is a spacious and delightful 2-bedroom, 2-en-suite elevated property in Kingswear offers breathtaking panoramic views over to Dartmouth and the historic Britannia Royal Naval College. Ideally located, the property provides a peaceful retreat while being perfectly placed for exploring both the charming village of Kingswear and the vibrant town of Dartmouth.
Accommodation
Pentre is approached up a sloping pathway with steps winding through the garden up to the front door. Step inside to discover a light-filled, modern space with stylish furnishings, designed for ultimate comfort. On the ground floor is a designated area for your coats and shoes along with the utility cupboard housing the washing machine and the tumble dryer. Also on this level is a shower room. Climb the stairs to the first floor and be welcomed by the spacious open-plan living area inviting you to relax and enjoy the stunning views of Dartmouth, as well as the tranquil river stretching towards the Greenway Estate, once home to Agatha Christie. Snuggle up on the sofa to catch up with the days news or to watch a film snuggled up in front of the newly installed woodburner, or sit on with swivel chairs and watch the boats on the river below. Adjacent to the dining area, the fully-equipped kitchen makes meal preparation a pleasure. The property is accessed by foot up a single track lane to the property boundary where you then approach Pentre via a sloping path and steps leading up to the property. It is therefore not suitable for guests with limited mobility.
There are feather duvets and pillows
The property does not accept pets and might not be suitable for guests who have a dog allergy
Starter logs/kindling will be supplied for the woodburner but guests will need to purchase further logs
