The citrus grove is a structure of 4 recently renovated villa apartments with panoramic views of the Gulf of Pozzuoli from which you can admire the islands of Nisida, Procida and Ischia; the promontory of Capo Miseno and the colors of the sunset.
Although located in the urban area of the city of Naples, in via Michelangelo da Caravaggio, the apartments enjoy excellent tranquility being immersed in the greenery of the front garden where there are orange, manadarini, clementine medlar and olive trees; at the entrance there is a maritime pine from the second half of the last century.
Our location is ideal both for those who want to enjoy the artistic and scenic beauties of the urban area of Naples and for those who want to discover the Phlegraean Fields, all this without giving up the relaxation and quiet of the green of L’agrumeto.
Each apartment has been designed to allow guests to feel "at home" and has its own exclusive outdoor area where you can sunbathe, have lunch and, on request, make a barbecue.
The Clementina apartment is a studio apartment of about 25 square meters, ideal for 2 people, and consists of a 2-light room (entrance door and window) in which there is a kitchenette with a dining / living area; the sleeping area is separated from the other rooms by the wardrobe and a panel .. The bathroom, also with window, has a shower. Outside there are about 40 square meters of appurtenant space furnished with table, chairs, deck chairs and a gazebo if you prefer shade.

This studio was perfect for my one month stay in Napoli. It has a spectacular view, the pictures are spot on. It has the cutest little terrace in front, which overlooks the city. The studio was EXTRA CLEAN! And the weekly supply of essentials, linen and towel changes made it feel like a hotel. Gianafranco, is the nicest host. He really goes out of his way to make sure you are comfortable and all of your concerns addressed immediately. I REALLY ENJOYED MY STAY! Thank you, Gianafranco!
