San Luigi cozy flat - private parking

Located in Piazza S Luigi in Posillipo, in what was called Rione Duca di Genova in the building between the years 1931-35. The Studio is located on a mezzanine floor overlooking the square and sea view. It consists of an entrance/corridor which leads to the bathroom, kitchenette and living room with sofa bed for the night. The Studio has a maximum capacity for two people and is equipped with all the comforts, including air conditioning and wi-fi as well as a parking space. In the immediate vicinity, on Via Posillipo, there is a bus stop that connects with Mergellina and the city center.

At the time of check-in, you will be required to sign a contract, as required by Italian rental law.
