The Apartment overlooks, with its two balconies, the seafront with a magnificent sea view over the bay of Gallipoli.
SURFACE 140 square meters, just comfortably renovated with fine finishes, can comfortably accommodate 10/12 people.
From all the rooms you can enjoy the panoramic view of the bay of Gallipoli and for its location an excellent solution for hosting two families or a group of friends.
The entrance to Lido San Giovanni is located 50 from the apartment, it is necessary to cross the road, from Lido San Giovanni to the south there are numerous bathing establishments along the sandy beaches of Gallipoli 6 km long.
The apartment is one kilometer from the Baia Verde bathing establishments!
In Gallipoli there are numerous discos, about 800 m from the apartment, in Baia Verde there is the Praja, the Quarries and 5 km there is the RIOBO, only the best known are mentioned.

The building is surrounded by numerous commercial activities, bars, patisseries, shops, supermarkets, restaurants, hairdressers;
Therefore, thanks to its strategic position, it is not necessary to use the car for any need.

Antonio really looked after us. A couple of small issues came up with the lift and the AC, but we felt looked after. The apartment was clean and easy to live in, and Antonio helped us with all the local knowledge of where to eat and visit. Highly recommended!

Vista STREPITOSA sul mare, camere- bagni (2) spaziosi e puliti e un padrone di casa disponibilissimo per ogni esigenza dei propri ospiti (pre e durante il viaggio)!
L'abitazione, un enorme appartamento ideale per gruppi numerosi, garantisce un'ottima location posta sul lungomare San Giovanni di Gallipoli per trascorrere delle ottime vacanze lungo il Salento! NB. Gallipoli è il perfetto punto di sosta per un "Salento on the road"!
Uniche note "negative".. le scale per arrivare all'appartamento (un pò pericolose.. ma c'è l'ascensore) e l'odore di chiuso e fumo sopratutto.. ma forse a causa di 'ex' inquilini poco civili!
Infine.. nota di merito al prezzo che abbiamo trovato onestissimo (prenotando per giugno) e ai pasticciotti gentilmente offerti da Antonio all'arrivo! :)

Die Wohnung war sehr sauber, gut eingerichtet, hatte einen sehr guten Panorama zum Meer. Alles was wir gebraucht haben, war in der Wohnung zu finden (Buegeleisen, Foehn......).
Alles konnte man zu Fuss erreichen.
Der Besizer Antonio ist ein sehr netter und zuvorkommender Mensch. Er hat sogar zu Begruessung das noetigste, wie Saft, wasser, eine Flasche Sekt, Wassermelone sowie tradizionelle Gebeck für uns bereit gestellt (eine sehr gute Service).
Er war immer für uns da.
Fazit: Unsere Erwartung wurde uebertroffen.
