la posizione è centrata ed è molto facile raggiungere tutti i punti della città a piedi, la vista mare è fantastica ed è facile accedere alle zone balneabili.
mancavano molte attrezzature per la cucina come ciotole tovaglia da pranzo pezze per pulire presine ecc… inoltre alcuni fornelli del piano cottura non erano funzionanti. non ci sono stati forniti bidoni per la differenziata(era preteso dai proprietari che la differenziata fosse fatta correttamente ). Inoltre non sono stati forniti biancheria da letto e da bagno o altre utilità fondamentali pretendendo un pagamento affinché potessero essere utilizzate. molte luci nella casa non erano funzionanti(ad esempio quelle in camera da letto).
