La posizione è praticamente in centro,comoda per muoversi a piedi. Appartamento nuovo o poco utilizzato, ben fornito di tutto.

Il parcheggio è molto difficile da trovare essendo in centro. Presenza di un tubo del condizionatore esterno che perdeva acqua e andava a ricadere sul balconcino più piccolo, cosa magari da sistemare. Vista mare abbastanza relativa.. è un terrazzo che si affaccia frontalmente su un palazzo, il mare si vede solo in lontananza lateralmente.
