About this villa rental
This spacious, sunny, and well-planned Lyons townhome offers 4 bedrooms, 4.5 baths, and an ideal island location. Great place for the family to reunite or just a getaway for friends.
The front of this raised townhome is actually to the rear of the building, where an old-fashioned front porch overlooks the complex's center courtyard, featuring beautiful landscaping, outdoor grilling areas, a playground, and a large pool. You enter into a four-car covered parking with room for bikes and beach chairs/umbrellas.
After going up the steps and onto the front porch, the door opens to a living room where you will find comfy seating and an open floor plan. Complimentary Wifi is also included. On the opposite side of the room is a casual dining area with seating for eight and an open kitchen area that is defined by a dining/serving counter with bar stools. The fully-equipped kitchen also features generous cupboard space and stainless steel appliances. There is also a pantry.
Down the hallway is a convenient powder room, a closet, a laundry room with a full-size washer and dryer (and a sink with counter), and a bedroom. The lower floor bedroom is a bright corner room with a king-size bed boasting new bedding, a walk-in closet, and a private bath with a walk-in shower, as well as a separate soaking bathtub. The bathroom was recently remodeled.
At the top of the 2nd-floor stairway is another living area with a pull-out sofa, a cozy chair, and a new TV. This area also boasts a workspace with a desk. Right off this loft area is bedroom #2 featuring a cathedral ceiling, a new queen-size bed, new TV, and a private remodeled bath.
A short hallway then leads to bedroom #3, which also has a cathedral ceiling, as well as a king-size bed, a new TV, and a private remodeled bath. Bedroom #4 is across the hall. It has two queen beds, a new TV, and a remodeled private bath with a walk-in shower.
Our villa has all-new paint and we have added new flooring throughout (no carpet except on the steps). We continually add touches throughout to make this a comfortable getaway!
The Lyons complex in Port Royal Plantation is a small group of spacious, duplex townhomes clustered around a landscaped green area. This common area features a large pool and two individual grilling areas. A short four to six-minute walk on a paved pathway leading down to the beach featuring a beach house with restrooms and a playground for the kids.
PS Please note that between Memorial Day and Labor Day, reservations are accepted for a Saturday to Saturday stay only.

Loved meeting up with family in HHI for Thanksgiving. The house gave us plenty of room with each bedroom having a full bathroom. The front porch is lovely. The living area is a little tight, but all open so if not enough room on couches, the large dining table is right there. Kitchen was well equipped to make a Thanksgiving meal. No maintenance issues. Close walk to the beach. We loved it!

The home is amazing, well equipped, bedrooms so comfortable, Melinda, the owner is fantastic!, and Holly, the property manager, she is amazing, does an amazing job. Lyons 8 is a great location and a very relaxing vacation.

This house was perfect for our family vacation. We had 6 adults (3 couples) and an infant. Great location, very clean and organized, beautiful house with everything we needed. ( the literal only thing we couldn't find was some measuring spoons. Thinking they probably went home with a previous renter). Wonderfully stocked and comfortable beds and pillows. Super convenient to the pool and the beach. Would definitely rent here again!

Property was great! We were looking for something pet friendly and infant friendly. This did not disappoint. They had a pack-n-play, beach cart, a couple of chairs, and a few other amenities that were not even mentioned. We didn't use all of it, but it's always nice to have extras! There were plenty of towels. The place was clean. The beach access was close by. They even offer paid chair/umbrella service at the local beach. We would definitely stay here again! Thanks Melinda!
