Wifi not working in all room, we had to go to the door to grab it, asked multiple times to reception for a fix but never did anything. Also the position of the TV right behind a big column , so we could not watch tv from the bed, you should put the tv. On the column. Room 1608

The location was good since I was there for business, because I had business at the port. The open buffet breakfast has a rich menu the rooms were large and comfortable. Having a bidet tap in the toilet bowl is important for personal hygiene. the staff were experienced, helpful and friendly Requested services were resolved quickly by expert personnel.

Considering the season we are in, it would be better if the air conditioners were running in hot mode at night. (This may be due to my sensitivity to cold but In humid regions, cold weather in winter is felt more deeply than in arid regions.) I observed that some of the wooden materials were worn out. In bathrooms, having towel hangers away from the tap will increase bathroom comfort. Except for the reading lamps, all other lamps can be turned on and off with a single button, making it easier to use.

Rooms were huge and spacious …view from sea facing room was amazing. Rooms were the only best part of the hotel provided it’s a sea view room. Manager helped us to get sea view room with some extra charges which was fair enough.

Intense smell of smoking throughout the hotel..starting from its lobby. We did not feel welcomed only 1-2 staff members made us feel welcomed, otherwise I didn’t see a smile on any staff member, we did not feel welcomed at all. As if they were doing it a favour on us by letting us stay in their hotel even if we have paid money. We thought swimming would be great , but the hotel management did not inform us that they use their swimming pool for swimming lessons for outsiders. We have no problem if that’s the hotel policy, but hotel management should inform us that at particular time of the day there will be swimming lessons for outsiders and hotel guest should avoid that timing slot of the day to use the pool. I told them that it’s unfair to use only small part of pool with a kid while there are swimming lessons going on , as this could cause two way disturbances to the hotel guests and outsiders learning their swimming. But hotel staff appeared to be passive aggressive towards my complaint. I have never met such attitude filled people in my life. Breakfast was great.. but if we ask any question to the staff they just ignore us as if I am begging to have food in morning breakfast.
