Window wall is not that great - the actual view on the near standing buildings, not much more, and thanks to such windows it's noisy: at the night you will hear every car, people in the bar downstairs...
Once I got out from the room in the morning I saw someone puked in front of my door 😞 asked to clean, as it stinks and once nor cleaned the stink may get into the room. In the very evening when returned found the same spot stinking all over the level, and now the room was full of smell...of course at this moment there were no cleaning services working or anyone who could clean, so basically I asked just to move to another room -___- yakki...
Such a new marvelous hotel, full of light and windows, but the breakfast served at the ground floor 😮 again - how I can drink my morning coffee without even a look into the window...ah yes, there is no coffee machine as well, so coffee ready prepared in the pot is only available, which is not good of course ( overall breakfast is not look very appealing, and served between 9 and 11 - super late...
The room was spacious and ok, but the shower fluded the floor, as probably the water was not going away well - had to ask to clean...
So here and there there were always some issues, and that really spoiled the whole impression unfortunately.

Location is great. Space was very clean and modern. The rain shower head was awesome. Our sleep was good with comfortable bedding, quietness, and dark shades.
