Hotel Monarch charmed us with its excellent location, breathtaking views, and warm hospitality. Everything you need – the beach, the city, and restaurants – is just a pleasant walk away. The evening views from the rooftop terrace are simply magical! The breakfast was wonderful, the coffee perfect, and special thanks to the amazing massage therapist. We also truly appreciated the convenient option to store our luggage and freshen up before our evening flight. We left with beautiful memories and will happily recommend Hotel Monarch to our friends and, of course, to fellow Estonians! A heartfelt thank you to Hotel Monarch for such a wonderful experience! ❤️

I found it too expensive for the value it offers. ROOMS had similar tariff and is way better!? Breakfast is not at the level of the price, old bread and tasteless coffee. It has no charm and charge you extra for a few hours of late check-out.
