The hotel would be an 8, but unfortunately the level of smoking in and around the hotel 24/7 made us feel like we're staying in an ashtray. Was hard to fall asleep with this smell despite moving to another room and closing the windows completely.
The staff was nice, the location is great, just have to fix their smoking policies.

Staff were mostly friendly. We had a bad encounter with casino staff.
Food could be better.

This was an elegant hotel resembles the one in London with atmosphere reminds you the charm of classic hotel
Thanks to the reservation manger Mrs. **** for the professionalism in resolving my issue when it was canceled without notice ..she did her best to check me in immediately
