Wonderland Healing Center

The location is absolutely stunning, you feel immersed in the jungle. Everything is made with so much attention to detail, it’s like living in a beautiful village with good people, good food and good installations. Classes are varied and interesting with curated schedules, so there’s something for everyone. The employees are truly the nicest people ever, especially Keny from the Recepcion team, such a good person who makes you feel welcomed from the first minute.

The property is based in what feels like a jungle despite being off a main road. It feels very isolated but cosy. The pool area is lovely and the classes are good. Plenty of plug sockets for charging etc

I was originally supposed to be an 8 bed dorm, you could swing a cat and it stank of cannabis so I asked to be moved. They did move me straight away to a 6 bed dorm. I didn’t enjoy dorm life but it was an experience. Hated there being no sugar or British tea.

Food excellent. Didgeridoo and Crystal and Tibetan bowls workshops excellent. Particularly enjoyed the vocal workshop with Maya. Favourite class was Iyengar Yoga with Ori. I would say that 50% of the yoga classes were excellent the others less so.

Didn’t like the meditation workshops. Loving kindness with David not great but worse was the Meditation with Aly. Supposedly Wonderlands top meditation teacher and her 5 star reviews, she was so bad. Kept going off track and forgetting what she was talking about. Didn’t like that smoking was allowed on private room balconies. At a Yoga and healing centre !!! I questioned this at reception and yes they confirmed it was allowed. Israelis smoking cannabis and tobacco constantly on the balcony opposite ours to the point we could not sit on our balcony because of the smell. Clientele was around 75-80% Israeli many who were there to socialise and sit around the pool rather than practice yoga.
