Everyone was extremely cooperative, friendly, and always ready to serve with a genuine smile. On top of the fantastic service, the food was absolutely delicious! If you enjoy coffee, make sure to head up to the terrace in the evening—sipping coffee while taking in the surroundings is a must-do experience.

The room provided to us was extremely small. A storage unit was constructed directly in front of the room entrance, making access inconvenient. The fan regulators were not functioning properly. The double bed provided was in poor condition; several screws were protruding, which damaged our cotton clothes. No intercom phone facility from room to their attender. The bathroom was also very small, unhygienic, and infested with numerous cockroaches. The overall cleanliness and maintenance standards were unacceptable. Despite these issues, we were charged too much for two nights, which is excessively high considering the poor condition of the room. Additionally, no invoice was provided to us upon request. I request Booking.com to kindly cross check these matters and to prevent such inconvenience to customers. I also request a review of the charges applied.
