Apartment recently renovated with all amenities. Great views of the marina and the archaeological remains of 'illeta'. Direct access to the beach. Very quiet and separated from other buildings.

We have been to this property several times over the years. Rosa is always welcoming ,the facilities are clean and comfortable and the setting in frontof the marina is perfect and it is close to all the seafront restaurants.

I would recommend this apartment to anyone. The location was great and there was lots of places to eat and drink.

We had a lovely stay in Rosa's apartment from 2/9/17 for a week, Rosa was there to meet us and show us around, it was also a nice touch to leave us a bottle of red wine on arrival.
We found the apartment had everything we needed, good internet connection was also provided along with a kettle for that afternoon cuppa, we liked the way you could use the lift and more or less access the beach from the lift.
We enjoyed relaxing on the balcony which had great views of the marina and the beach.
The position of the apartment was very close to many restaurants and bars and a ten minute walk to the tram station which we used twice to travel into Alicante.
We would not hesitate to recommend this apartment to our friends and relatives.
