About this apartment rental
Cozy and compact new apartment (bright and fresh, 50m2) ideal for 2 people, but can also accommodate 2 additional guests, who appreciate functional interiors. Apartmnet is located in the heart of El Campello, in a great, calm and clean neighborhood, next to the park, close to the beautiful and sandy beach.
Perfect for couples, families and short trippers.
Fully equipped and furnished. Featuring air-conditioning, air-ventilation and free Wi-Fi. First floor, 2 lifts, silent and respectful zone. Safe housing estate - a key gate.
The open living room combined with the kitchen and dining room, is equipped with sofa bed (full-sized, 140x200) and brand new flatscreen TV (55').
The bedroom consists of big double bed (160x200) and big wardrobe. It has fitted blackout blinds.
Suitable for 4 people kitchen has dishwasher, oven, electric hob, washing machine, toaster, cafeteria and dining table.
In the bathroom you can find shower/ wc as well as hair dryer and iron/board.
The most wonderful place in the apartment is a large terrace/balcony (12m2, south-eastern location) overlooking the park and palm trees with additional dining table for 4 people. The perfect place to catch up over a cup of coffee.
Take a walk along the 2 km promenade of El Campello – the heart of Costa Blanca, where there are numerous of restaurants, bars, shops and lovely yacht harbor at the end of promenade. A gentle 5% slope from the promenade leads to most residential areas.

• seasonal swimming pool with sunbathing at location,
• chill out zone next to the pool with social club,
• kids area – small playground next to the pool (part of the pool is for small children),
• park with large children area,
• indor public swimming poll only few steps away,
• supermarket open 7 days a week in the next building,

10/10 Perfect stay 31 nights March 2026.Very modern, clean apartment in a good location and had everything we needed.Barbara is great to communicate with, responds quickly to all queries, perfect from start to finish.We loved our stay in El Campello and would love to come again. The apartment was spotlessly clean and modern with everything that we would require.The one thing which we thought was incorrect was in the listing,it reads steps from the beach which is misleading as the apartment is a 12 minute walk to the beach down a hill which you have to walk up on the way.Perhaps changing the wording would help people decide.Thank you Andy & Pam

The discription on your web site says”A few steps to the beach”and that was the main reason I booked it, however it’s a lot further than a few steps and down hill, which meant for a couple of pensioners as we are, we found it very hard walking back from the beach all up hill and quite a distance. The apartment was lovely and had everything we needed but due to the location we would not book it again.
