From the moment we arrived, the staff were incredibly warm, friendly, and helpful, making us feel welcome right away. The hotel itself was outstanding, featuring a tranquil garden and beautiful pool nestled in the heart of the jungle, offering a peaceful retreat away from the hustle and bustle of Ubud’s town centre.
A door separating the bathroom from the bedroom would be a nice addition.

Beautiful territory, delicious breakfast, infinite pool, quite neighborhood, polite and helpful staff, very good price
Far from restaurants: food delivery or taking taxi to the center for food are the only options since the hotel’s restaurant serves only breakfast. Also room furniture seems a bit old-styled.

The staff were lovely and kind.
The pool and the nature are the most beautiful thing there.
The property it’s not well looked after. My room needs a bit of maintenance, they could do so much better with the space they have. The place needs a paint and decor.
