Hotel manager was helpful. Property is in a good location with good facilities. We enjoyed the pool. The beach, restaurants and Hua Hin night market are within easy driving distance.
The hotel did not get a message from OYO regarding our booking. So we had to wait for 30 minutes before we could check in while the manager contacted OYO to confirm the booking. OYO needs to be more efficient in handling bookings.
