We went to this hotel since my 2 daughters still so young at 2 and 3 years old so we would like to back here for the memory. The hotel room was nice, wide, clean and comfort even there is a small street between the hotel and beach the beach still private and nice for sun rise. Food is also good for breakfast included.
I booked this hotel via Booking.com and pay at property. I always book like this even I went to Australia and many country I went. I did a booking twice via booking since the hotel not allow to pay at property (why when I booked I can book in the option pay at property) so I gave them my credit card but they told they cannot charge to my card so they cancelled my booking and I have to book via booking.com again then the same thing happened so I called the hotel and they gave me LINE app to chat I gave them my credit card my debit card they still told me they cannot charge me and I have to book with them via LINE and I have to pay to hotel bank account and they cancelled my booking via booking.com so then I can book for this hotel. Moreover, I booked for 3 persons and also paid for 3 persons but no towel no pillow no blanket in the room for a third person the hotel told everything in the room already prepare for 3 persons included all amenities but nothing for 3rd. When I asked the reception they told if I need extra bed, pillow and blanket I need to pay 200THB more. 200THB not much and we did not need extra bed we can sleep together but why no amenities for third person no pillow no blanket no towel. I asked the hotel then they gave a towel only for the 3rd no problem for an amenities I didn't ask since we didn't use it much. Disappointed for this kind of booking with this hotel and exactly we won't go there anymore. We have a memory with this hotel as well. :-(
