I loved my stay at Springfield @Sea. From the moment you enter, you can tell how great your stay will be. The check-in experience went smoothly, and they offered us a nice refreshing tea. There's a sitting area right across from the check-in desks, so large parties can easily wait there.
Their rooms are lovely, if anything, a little outdated, but nothing that would make the stay less comfortable.

Right by the beach. I got the cheapest room and was pleasantly surprised that the room was realy spacious including a big balcony with a patio swing, table, pool view and partial ocean view.
The staff is very curtious, fast and efficient. I loved the pool, actually three connected pools, one for children, one for swimmers and one with a pool slide. My girlfriend really enjoyed the pony rides on the beach - not included, but readily available and affordable.

The staff was courteous. Breakfast buffet had good variety of options. The room I booked, “pool villa beach front”, showed on Expedia the room right in front of the beach. It turns out there is a road between the front of the room and the beach. This is deceiving information and photos which should not be allowed to be on Expedia. Also the pool had a plastic bottle, extremely visible for housekeeping to have spotted it and clean it. A 4 1/2 star hotel should not do this type of deceiving tricks to customers.
