Came back as location and directly on the beach . Very beautiful wooden chalets set in beautiful tress. Birds singing in the morning and so peaceful
A little bit tired but that was the beauty of it.

The overall atmosphere of the place (quiet, beautiful, comfortable).
Few services for activities outside the hotel, no restaurant inside the facility (options available in walking distance though), some places with sewer smells.

In den letzten Jahren habe ich öfter mal einen Strandurlaub hier im Regent Chalet verbracht und war stets zufrieden. Als ich jetzt wieder eincheckte, fiel mir als erstes auf, dass das Restaurant geschlossen war. Es gibt dort nur noch Frühstück, für andere Mahlzeiten gibt es im Umkreis von 5 bis 15 Minuten verschiedene kleinere Restaurants oder man kann das zur selben Kette gehörende "Regent Cha-Am Beach Resort" besuchen.
Wegen des eingeschränkten Services ist auch meine Empfehlung nur etwas halbherzig.
Wofür das Hotel nichts kann, was aber momentan gegen einen Urlaub an dieser Stelle spricht, ist die Zerstörung des Strandes in der letzten Taifun-Saison.
