Beautiful house. Great access to Lake Garda and the mountains. A/C in bedrooms but not living spaces. Opening the windows helped with cooling those areas. Back patio and front porch offer great outdoor seating.

A week in Lake Garda

Francesco the Villa owner made us very welcome on arrival and communication prior and during the stay was excellent. The villa itself was cool and spacious during a hot week and the air conditioning in each bedroom was fantastic and at no extra cost. Some of the villa had been refurbished and the two bathrooms with showers finished to a high standard. Castenedolo was a lovely town to stay and access to Lake Garda was extremely easy for the main attractions. Also having four bedrooms (two with double beds and two with single beds) made sleeping for a large family extremely easy. Shopping in the area was very good as well with the Penny Market 1 km away our personal favourite as clean, tidy and friendly staff who didn't laugh at our poor grasp of Italian. So overall well done to Francesco and would recommend the villa to large families and fingers crossed the new kettle has now arrived!

Hallo. Wir waren eine Woche da mit 2 Familien, Francesco ist echt super und hat uns sogar einen früheren Check In ermöglicht, dass war echt klasse. Leider war die Sauberkeit vom Objekt echt nicht gut und ließ sehr zu wünschen übrig, dies muss unbedingt verbessert werden. Ebenso sollte man einmal Geld in neue Tassen, Gläser, Teller, Töpfe, etc. investieren, damit die künftigen Urlauber einfach einen schöneren Aufenthalt haben. Ebenso Betten und Decken sollten einmal angeschaut werden, dies kennen wir aus anderen Wohnungen besser. Leider war auch auf den Terrassen kein richtiges Wohlfühlen möglich, denn auch dies war mit teilweise alten Gartenmöbeln ausgestattet. Super war auf jeden Fall das die Schlafzimmer mit Klimaanlagen ausgestattet waren, somit konnte man ganz entspannt bei einer angenehmen Temperatur schlafen. Ebenso hatte uns Francesco ermöglicht, die Fahrzeuge über Nacht auf dem Grundstück zu parken. Danke dafür. Für die Zukunft ist es aber auch ratsam, dies dauerhaft für die Urlauber zu gestatten und ein Abstellen der Fahrzeuge auf dem Gelände zu ermöglichen, denn Platz ist ja vorhanden. Die Lage ist ok, aber wenn man etwas vom Gardasee sehen möchte, muss man halt immer mit dem Auto gute 20 - 40 Minuten fahren, je nach dem wo man hin möchte. Dies ist aber ja eigentlich bei der Buchung der Unterkunft ersichtlich, somit war es für uns ok :-)

A spacious house and garden in a quiet area. Perfect place for a family or a group of people that has access to a car. You can walk to a couple of nice restaurants and you can access Milan, Garda lake, Venezia and more for day trips. The owner is very helpful and accommodated every request we had. He was very reliable and friendly, a perfect host. I will give him my best recommendation.

Was man sagen muss, das gewisse Einrichtungsgegenstände, vor allem in der Küche, schon ein wenig zu wünschen übrig lassen. Also wir haben Kochtöpfe gekauft. Da wäre noch potenzial vorhanden. Und wenn du in der unteren Wohnung Koreaner hast ..... Würde aber wieder gehen.

Großzügiges Haus mit renoviertem Bad und Küche. Urige Atmosphäre im Wohn und Essbereich. Tolle Terrasse für Frühstück, Abendessen und mehr. Nächstes Jahr wohl mit Pool, der gerade gebaut wird (Mai 2018). Keine grosse Störung dadurch. :-) Einkaufsmöglichkeiten in der Nähe und wichtig: Anbindung über Fernstrasse und Autobahn zu den Sehenswürdigkeiten des Gardasees. Empfehlenswert aus unserer Sicht.
