About this villa rental
Elegant newly built villa "Sicilyhome", completely independent with 6 beds located at c. to. 500 meters from Marzamemi beach and 1.5 km (1 minute by car) from S. Lorenzo.
The villa consists of two bedrooms upstairs with a shared balcony overlooking the property. The first bedroom has a double bed; the second bedroom has two single beds, with the possibility of a double bed. Bathroom with shower. The ground floor has a kitchen, living room with sofa bed and bathroom. The villa has a large outdoor area with a roofed terrace where there is a large built-in kitchen with barbecue and shower after the sea.
The house is very comfortable, located in a quiet, cool and ventilated area, equipped with TV, washing machine, fridge, espresso machine, dishes and anything else you need for common use, linens (beds - kitchen - bathroom)
Excellent location to reach all services, at the village of Marzamemi which is about 1km away: market, tourist port, information point, restaurants, ATMs, etc. The heart of the ancient village of Marzamemi is easily reachable with a pleasant walk on the seafront in 15 minutes, where you can admire the beauty of the country and taste typical fish dishes and excellent wines from the land of Sicily at its restaurants .
Marzamemi, location sought after by important directors, home of the frontier cinema that in recent years has had a strong echo and appeal.

Salvo was very available and helpful, nice location to visit seaside areas and beautiful art towns as well. The outdoor space of the house in particular is really lovely.

Alles perfekt. Die Erwartungen wahrlich übertroffen. Den Salvatore's Haus und Gastfreundlichkeit können wir mit leichtem Herzen weiter empfehlen.
Höhepunkte: Grill draussen, viel Platz, alles im Haus durchgedacht, Entfernung zum Meer.

Das Haus hat alle unsere Erwartungen übertroffen. Es hat alles was man braucht auch für einen längeren Urlaub. In Wirklichkeit sieht sogar schöner als auf den Photos. Der ganze Außenbereich ist wirklich traumhaft mit der Küche, der Dusche und den verschiedenen Ambienten. Die Matratze war sehr sehr bequem, was für einen längeren Urlaub äußerst wichtig ist.
Die Lage war sehr ruhig und man konnte nachts sogar das Rauschen des Meeres hören. Man kann zu Fuß zum Strand und zum wunderschönen Marzamemi. Ansonsten mit dem Auto sind das wirklich 5 Minuten.
Noch dazu ist Salvo ein hervorragender Gastgeber: der hat uns im Vorab viele Infos geschickt, war immer hilfsbereit und
hat sich auch nach unserem Wohlbefinden erkundigt.
Die Gegend ist sehr schön (auch wenn die Restaurants in Marzamemi übertrieben teuer sind) und hat an Natur und Sehenswürdigkeiten viel anzubieten.
Das Haus und seine Lage sowie die freundliche und herzliche Art von Salvo haben diesen Urlaub besonders gemacht.
