About this house rental
The attic apartment, tastefully renovated with wooden beams, has two bedrooms, fully and comfortably furnished; a kitchen-living room, bathroom with large shower, a mini laundry. All rooms have air conditioners of last generation. The sun terrace, will give you the opportunity to relax in the sun. The attic has a private entrance and overlooks a large garden. The beach, just 150 meters from the house is accessible by private road and therefore only frequented by holiday makers. E 'consists of an enormous inlet, in the shape of a horseshoe, 5 Km long. The area surrounding the hotel is known as the district Granelli. This seaside resort, part of the territory of Pachino, is located a few kilometers from the beautiful Marzamemi, where the summer nightlife is well known.
Yet a few km we find Pozzallo, famous for "Fish Festival". Finally taking the autrostrada, in half an hour you can reach Syracuse, which, rich in history and breathtaking scenery, is known to all for its historic center: Ortigia.

Siamo stati accolti dalla disponibilità ed accortezza della proprietaria sig.ra Silvana, donna sicula dalla piacevole compagnia. La mansarda è dotata di ogni confort e sebbene dista pochissimo dal mare di Pachino Granelli, è situata in una zona strategica della Sicilia del sud, permettendo di fatto di raggiungere le migliori località di mare ed entroterra con pochissime distanze. Si consiglia la struttura x 2/4 persone.

Siamo stati accolti con molta attenzione e premura per le varie esigenze. La signora Silvana e suo marito Mimmo sono ospiti eccezionali. La casa ha una posizione bellissima a pochi minuti a piedi dal mare, spiaggia libera non troppo affollata (giusto la domenica) e possibilità di andare al mare anche separatamente. Casa molto pulita, noi eravamo in sei, un po’ stretta forse ma ci si adatta tranquillamente. Bagno grande e comodo e terrazza all’aperto molto piacevole. È vicinissima a Pachino con supermercati e un meraviglioso fruttivendolo sulla strada (prodotti degni di nota). Speriamo di tornarci!!

Casa pulitissima e super accessoriata, i proprietari si sono dimostrati gentilissimi è sempre disponibili a qualsiasi richiesta, Silvana ci persino fatto assaggiare un’ottima caponata palermitana e le cipolle gratinate. La spiaggia raggiungibile a piedi in due minuti è grande e pulita.
Volendo trovare il pelo nell’uovo la mansarda è un po’ piccola per quattro adulti. Un affettuoso saluto a Silvana e Mimmo che sono stati ospiti eccezionali.

siamo stati accolti con grande cortesia e durante il nostro soggiorno i signori proprietari hanno accolto con prontezza e disponibilità ogni nostra richiesta. Abbiamo trovato la sistemazione pulitissima e confortevole, a due passi dalla spiaggia.
