Very friendly, facility-oriented staff. Literal steps from Choeng Mon beach. A 7-11 is a pretty quick walk. We were able to rent paddle boards right at the resort. Massages on-site were great as well. Food was good and was a good value. Great happy hour daily! Exceptional value for the location.
The rooms truly are tired, as are the beds. However, this is pretty easy to overlook given the value of the location.

Direct access to the beautiful Choeng Mon beach, the restaurant food was amazing and great value, a long time family-run business with exceptional customer service.
