Amazingly beautiful location, lovely garden setting and right on the beach! Staff are wonderful, very friendly and helpful. Food in the restaurant is excellent, but cocktail prices a bit more expensive than other local beach bars.

Hotel is close to the beach and that is it's biggest positive. The reception area and the bar were nice but I was very disappointed with my backpacker bungalow. It was situated much further away from the other bungalows, it almost felt like I was in a different resort and I was uncomfortable walking to it at night alone. Many things in the room were broken like a shower head, lights missing, doors not closing/opening properly and overall the room looked tired. The view from my room was onto the back of the restaurant, which was full of rubbish.
One day I decided to have a sleep in but there was no way to indicate "do not disturb". So the cleaners woke me up, I asked them to come back later but my room was not cleaned that day at all. Not the end of the world but it was a bit annoying.
