The common areas were lovely- lots of great photo opportunities. Nice pool, gorgeous flowers. Room itself was quite basic but clean. Other poor reviews mention hot water and a/c not working but you have to turn them on. Plentiful typical Egyptian breakfast. The organized a private driver/ tour for us last minute that was excellent. Good value.

A shower curtain around the enclosure would have kept bathroom dry. Although it’s a wet room set up an extra towel or floor mats would have been useful.

Kind stuff and high privacy in the room. Food was good. there was a fair space outdoors for relaxing or enjoying the sun. The space was also good for your puppy/dog t

The room did not include personal use items such as: soap, shampoo, boiler, etc. The place is very simple which some poeple may consider a positive sign or a negative one. The stuff was nice but in my opinion they need to be more proactive and engage more with the guest and thier needs.

The property has a lot of potential and reference to what physically is there. The buildings themselves are beautiful.

The sad part about this property is there such a potential for it to be so much more. There needs to be more attention to detail. The property itself needs an extreme amount of manicuring and cleaning. There is such a potential for it to be an amazing property. If there was just more attention to detail such as the cushions by the pool and in the seating areas outside are so well worn that it doesn’t invite you to wanna sit down at all. The staff makes you wait so they can go and get your towels instead of offering to go and bring them to your room as they should already be there. The breakfast staff is kind of laying around just waiting for people to kinda show up lazily as opposed to being ready. There’s just such a need for professionalism. It looks as though it’s ran by a number of men, but just kind of halfheartedly. It’s really sad because they’re such a potential for it to be such an amazing property based upon the actual buildings themselves.
