It was obviously a very up market apartment in its day . Now it is hotel rooms which serve the purpose. They are clean and basic . The staff are lovely and let us check in hours early !
The tv didn't work although a guy tried to fix it ...but it was late by then and we wanted to sleep.

The location was nice.
I knew I was booking rather cheap hotel so I really didn’t expect nothing fancy but the room was just not clean… the state of the blankets on the bed was questionable and there was a big mold on the bathroom door. We had room with windows overlooking the street and the windows couldn’t be closed fully nor there were a thick curtain so the noise from all the cars was unbearable and we couldn’t sleep well. The breakfast was quite fine but rather small and nobody offered us something to drink (but there’s a kitchen so we helped ourselves out).
