    I booked a small room for 2 persons, with non smoking. But instead they gave us a room only for 1 person, so the rest of the stuffs there such towels, etc. is only for 1 person instead of 2. And they gave us a room for smoking. I didn’t complain directly because we’re so tired, and waste of time and energy. So anyways, i must give the bad review for it.

    Arrived booked into 2 twin beds. Great staff but the room was old. Beds hard, springs broken, sode and middle of bed sunk down when you sat on it or laid on it. The toilet ran and the bidet didn't work. We booked for 5 nights through agoda. Was set for 2 adults in room. Was assigned a different room nights 3-5. No problem we would have to share a room. Then we arrive to switch rooms and discover 1 tiny twin bed. The poor guy at the front could not help. Adhoda cant be reached. Our reservation stated room for 2, 1 bed. We ended up with bug bites and itchy hair and skin. Had to book a reservation with a different hotel at 10:30 pm. Asked front staff to help us get a room at any hotel livemax across tokyo with no help. Had previously asked to stay in twin room but was OK having to move. Understandable the room was booked for the last 3 nights. They failed to tell us our bed would switch to a tiny 1 twin for 2 adults.
