    Everything was smooth. The restroom was nice and complete, but our main concern was the smell of cigarettes in the room 😅 will never hesitate to go back again

    Our room was clean and much bigger than the usually small Japanese rooms. The only problem I see is the doors are not self lock. You need to manually lock the door with the key when you leave the room. Overall, I would recommend this establishment.

    Arrived booked into 2 twin beds. Great staff but the room was old. Beds hard, springs broken, sode and middle of bed sunk down when you sat on it or laid on it. The toilet ran and the bidet didn't work. We booked for 5 nights through agoda. Was set for 2 adults in room. Was assigned a different room nights 3-5. No problem we would have to share a room. Then we arrive to switch rooms and discover 1 tiny twin bed. The poor guy at the front could not help. Adhoda cant be reached. Our reservation stated room for 2, 1 bed. We ended up with bug bites and itchy hair and skin. Had to book a reservation with a different hotel at 10:30 pm. Asked front staff to help us get a room at any hotel livemax across tokyo with no help. Had previously asked to stay in twin room but was OK having to move. Understandable the room was booked for the last 3 nights. They failed to tell us our bed would switch to a tiny 1 twin for 2 adults.
