The hotel staff is kind, polite, helpful, the room is large and comfortable. They clean several times and give you small gifts of cookies. They also constantly bring water to the room, and we even got fresh flowers. The breakfast consists of high-quality food and has a wide selection. After sightseeing, we were able to enjoy the benefits of the Turkish and Roman baths, saunas, and steam cabins. It has a panoramic gym and the airport bus is a few meters from the hotel entrance.

I love the high quality and cleanliness. The location is a plus for me as well. Although I am getting bored with Istiklal street.

Very good hotel, great location, spacious rooms, clean and tidy. The staff are very friendly and always eager to help.

Big room and nice breakfast
Towels in bathroom very poor Staff at reception didn’t resolve an issue . Also bar staff quite curt and expensive drinks Advertised roof top bar not open
