Oyado Tamaki

Excellent services provided by the staffs. Foods are nice with quality. The night is cooling in Ikaho onsen even the daytime temperature is more than 36C. Appreciated the staffs drove us to the bus station when they knew that we were not driving, otherwise, we needed to climb the slop with our luggage. Thumb up to this wow service!

There are some racing cars in the middle of night where the noise may wake you up if you have a habit to sleep with open windows.

It was one of the party's first time in Japan, so this was an extra treat for her.

The staff at Oyado Tamaki are excellent, exceptional, and amazing. I was helped by Soushi-san, Machiko-san, and Helen-chan during my stay and they all went out of their way to make it an amazing stay. Helen-chan helped introduce me to my room and the facilities, and her English was very helpful. Machiko-san and Soushi-san both served me during my breakfast and dinners at Oyado Tamaki and are excellent at their jobs. We were able to have great conversations as they served me delicious meals. I felt very welcomed and cared for during my stay by all of the staff. Everyone was so nice and kind. The staff also helped me ship my luggage to the next hotel which was very appreciated. The onsen/hot springs at the ryokan were exceptional and very clean. I also booked a private onsen which was very clean as well. The onsen is also very close to the Ikaho stone steps which you would definitely visit during your trip. The bus drop off is also near the ryokan.
