Every member of staff was phenomenal.
Very comfortable and memorable experience.
Could have used a later check-out time. 10am is reasonable but I wanted a little longer.
It would be nice to have some larger yukata offered for larger foreign visitors but there was generally a good selection.

お風呂がとても良かったです。露天風呂が最高でした。
石段街に近く、ロケーションも良かったです。
朝食付きでしたが、種類も多く美味しかったです。
ブラインドカーテンに埃が溜まっていて（2〜3日で溜まったものではないと思います。） 少し不快に感じました。

温泉が最高だった。肌がすべすべになった。
景色がとても綺麗だった。
スタッフがとても親切だった。
ロビーで飲み放題のコーヒーが良かった。
アメニティが充実していた。子供向けのアメニティがかわいくて、子どもも喜んでいる。
部屋が一晩中、ボイラーなのか古い空調なのか、とにかくうるさくて眠れなかった。今まで泊まったホテルや旅館の中で、一番うるさかった。
朝のバイキングがあまりおいしくなかった。
