Hotel was very well maintained; staff very friendly and helpful, especially 岡村-san. Food served in private room was excellent, both the kaiseki and breakfast.
Amenities in onsen could be improved.

特にありませんが、上下階への移動ルートを確保してほしかった。 直近階への移動がエレベーターのみでは時間がかかりすぎませんか？

非常に丁寧に対応していただき、どんな場面でもスタップの皆さんが暖かく対応してくれました。ホテル利用が多いのですが、細かな持て成しが沢山あるとやはり旅館は良いな改めて感じました。今回客室露天風呂付きだったのですが、家族全員何度も入れたのは本当に良かったです。
不満はないのですが、温泉で2点、浴場の露天風呂の温度が低くゆっくり浸かれなかった事、また川沿いの露天が混浴で気軽に入れなかった事が残念でした。
