The host was amazing, very welcoming and couldn't be more helpful. The flat is very nice, very big and comfortable. The common areas are well equipped, the bedrooms are massive with all the necessary amenities, and the number of bathrooms is good. It is a bit old and this is most obvious in the kitchen and bathrooms, but didn't bothered us in the slightest as it added to the overall charm of the flat. It's also well located about 15 minutes walk to the main railway station and around 20-25 to the city centre. There's also a tram stop next door. Definitely very happy to return anytime!!

The apartment was perfect for our party of six in Poznan for a sporting event and all wanting separate beds.Very handy for both tram and bus to town and airport.Dariusz, the host, was exceedingly helpful, giving a guided tour of the premises and responding quickly to a couple of text queries.We would happily stay again if ever in Poznan again.

Great location. Check in was easy with Dariusz even at our late check-in time. Did not use the kitchen but facilities were nice. No elevator and apartment is on the third floor.

The furniture was old and a few pieces were broken (living room chairs). The apartment was not as clean as I would have wanted it. For how much they charge per night, I expected more.
On the positive side, it was a large apartment in a great location. Some updating and deep cleaning, would make this a great apartment.
