Świetna lokalizacja, lokal dobrze skomunikowany z centrum (komunikacja miejska). Dobre wyposażenie aneksu kuchennego, osobna sypialnia wszystko na plus. Cisza i spokój nie słychać komunikacji ani wrzawy ulicy, super.
Mały mankament coś się dzieje z czajnikiem grzeje się przy podłączeniu do prądu nawet gdy jest zakończone gotowanie.

Гарне місце розташування.
На перший погляд було чисто, але як придивитися то закрадаються сумніви. Два простирадла на ліжку заправлені на видворіть, де верхнє в міру чисте , а те що під сподем, було в чорному волоссі. Наступне питання рушники, мали затихли запах так якби ними хтось користувався раніше і вони не були прані. А ще більше здивувало прання яке було залишене в пральній машині на режимі ополіскування. З того питання, то додатковий бонус в розвагах для гостей мешкання? Чи там треба було його залишити до моменту виселення , а то було б за тиждень.
