Right in the middle of Poznan, and a short walk over the park to the shopping centre and carrefour.

Nice location. It’s not right in the absolute city center, but just a short walk away. I would say that everything you might need is within walking distance. We were traveling with our 1.5-year-old son and a stroller, which was not a problem. Just be aware that walking back from the city center to the apartment involves going uphill.
The apartment was fairly clean, with a comfortable bed – and pillows! I can be quite particular about pillows, but these were perfectly fine.
The apartment is located on the 3rd floor, which I didn’t notice before booking, so it’s worth keeping in mind. The stairs are wide and not too steep.
We left our stroller at the main entrance, below the stairs, and that worked well for us.

The location was very central: we could walk to the downtown and main places (parks, shopping, etc.) by walking and didn't need to use any transportation - except for the airport.
The room was spacious, even for a small family, and the host was kind and helpful. They allowed us to leave our things before check-in and also after checkout.
The radio was a really nice touch in the room - a very nice reminder of the past. We loved the radio stations while staying in the room.
Regardless of the room type, I guess you'll be staying on the 3rd floor - so, as it was mentioned in the comments, you'll be climbing the stairs. Still, this was not an issue for us, even for our kid.
If you take it as an improvement, a toast machine would be nice to have in the room. Other than that, we were satisfied with all the facilities that the kitchen provided.
