Top floor apartment set in elevated position with stunning views across river to Dartmouth and up river.
3 bedrooms (2 doubles & 1 twin) 1 en suite. Cloakroom toilet with shower.
Open plan living dining kitchenette.
Terraced garden with decking overlooking the river at the rear of property.
The property is within easy access of the beaches and attractions of South Devon. Parking is available in the marina car park. With Dartmouth a short trip across the river offering a castle, numerous shops, restaurants, cafes and narrow streets to explore. Kingswear offers a village store and Post Office, a Steam railway and the only paddle steamer still working in the UK 'The Kingswear Castle' is well worth a trip up the river to Totnes. There is so much to do here if you feel inclined or just sit back with a good book and enjoy the ever changing view.
Please note, as with many Kingswear properties, access to the property is via a number of steps (77 from street to front door)

A really stunning location and well presented apartment. Plenty of room, very comfortable beds and very cosy. The steps to the property are a bit challenging, especially if the weather is not kind; you really need to travel light! However, this is explained, so we knew what to expect! It is worth it for the view though.

Well maintained and equipped, clean and comfortable, access difficult but the view explains the effort. Owners friendly and helpful. Great short break in a wonderful place.

Accommodation was perfect for our needs, well equipped kitchen, I’d drop the dishwasher for a washing machine/dryer
We all loved the views from the lounge area, lots to see and there was always something going on in or around the harbour below.
All the rooms were clean and well presented, great location and would love to go back.
