Le Corail Apart'Hotel & Splash Park

The rooms were spacious, clean, and very comfortable. We had a wonderful stay, and the hotel manager went above and beyond to make us feel welcome. He kindly allowed us to enjoy the pool for an extra full day after check-out and even offered us fresh fruit, which was a very thoughtful gesture. A special thank you to the manager, Ramzi, and Aymen for their kindness, professionalism, and excellent hospitality. They made our stay truly memorable.

Everything was good. No major complaints.

Waiting time at the reception to get checked in. What more check in cannot be done before 3 pm, plus waiting time around one hour!

The location

I was charged a cancellation fees even tho I checked in and out correctly and paid full amount. I realized that after I came back to the UK and found out amount of money was taken of my account. When I tried to call the hotel. The lady kept me on hold then hung up the phone then no one answered after that. I complained to bookings and I received an email from the hotel confirming it was a mistake and will issue refund but I have not received my money back yet and it’s been a while now. This wasn’t my first time in this hotel but by far this was the worst. Also, The fridge wasn’t on and lights was off. If you are expecting someone to check in then the room should be fully ready. Head of the shower was loose too. I was also promised with pool view when i booked but realised my room wasn’t and when I asked the receptionist he was like bookings is not the same as the hotel lol.
