Good location. Most staff are nice. Chef is very responsible and food was good Although lacking sea food. we were asked to switch from a 4 people table to a two when restaurant was empty... Room had no balcony and a weird smell when AC is off, stairs access to the room was actually the administration access that was dirty and had a dead cockroach. Multiple power outages during lunch times probably due to saturation. Elevator was purposefully shutdown, pool filters as well. Probably to reduce electrical load during lunch time while kitchen appliances are running. Staff are cursing the hotel state calling it "stone-aged". Way too expensive for the value provided. not going to visit again.

We had a really nice stay at this hotel. Our room (suite) was spacious and very clean. The Wifi was good and stable enough for remote working. There were enough activities for our daughter, she absolutely loved the Mini Club! The food was great with plenty of options to choose from. Only coffee is terrible! The nearby beach was nice too, but it was very windy (middle may) all the time and we could’t swim in the sea. Wich is ok since there were pools at the hotel. All in all there’s not much to criticize. Recommend.
