Great location. Lovely decor in reception, wonderful welcome. Food great, so much choice. Lovely, chilled vibe.
Animation team not great, music too loud during day and evening. Games very dated. Delivery of evenings was awful.

The staff was very polite. Food was ok.
Only an agent who sells activities in the hotel. It was a waste of money, and all activities did not look like he described. I think the hotel should check on it as he was very annoying, trying to convince us to buy activities. All staff who worked in the hotel were very nice, but this agent was rude, and we wasted our money on these activities.

Exceptional hard working staff, guy at reception always smiling and friendly, cleaning maid being very thorough, entertainment guy, bar and restaurant staff, being attentive to us really made our holiday amazing. Usually food is just okay at All Inclusive hotels but the food here was very tasty.
