Shoes had to be left outside, having to take rubbish out, strip beds and put them in basket etc. a barrage of instructions, deceptive advertising ( cleaning fee in small print) on someone’s part ( booking.com?)

This apartment is a scam, I made a booking to stay for few days after our 9 year old son was released from hospital this was on our way back from Croatia towards Ankara, Turkey and the location was close to my mother who is 90 years old and post Covid. I am national but living abroad due to international post of my husband. I called the owner to i nform that the toilet flush is not working as well as the washing machine and the TV. The owner after checking my Macedonian ID card asked me why I am renting this flat when I have address in Skopje and told me that they never rent to Macedonians and that she thinks I have rented the flat for intimate services. Also she said that she is dealing with non existent problems in the flat. Agains the GDPR rules I presented my Hungarian ID card. This is a shame for both booking.com for lack of precise policies and the owner of the flat who caused us enormous physical and psychological damage. On the top I had to cancel the booking and i was charged for cancellation. I feel not only humiliated but also my son’s health suffered as he was recommended to rest in bed. More details I will let to the media to publish if find appropriate.

It was very clean and comfortable, perfectly located in the centre of the city and the host was really helpful.

The blinds are a bit thin meaning that the sunlight wakes you up quite early in the morning.

Superb

Every time Zoya was a kind, interested and responsible person. She always wrote and ask to me if is there any need. Apart from that house has a very good location and is very close to the stone bridge. Also, the internet connection is very good. I worked from home for 10 days and it did not corrupt. There is everything you need. But the oven was not working. And every laundry has an extra cost.

Exceptional

You cannot find a better location in Skopje; In the dead center, but away from the noise. Located in the heart of the city, the apartment is only two blocks away from the main square, just steps away from many famous restaurants and cafes and few blocks from the main shopping malls. The apartment is cozy but very clean and well-equipped; good internet, well equipped kitchen, washing machine, linen, hair dryer…. There is everything one could need for a comfortable stay. If you are an art lover, you’ll be impressed with the breathtaking mosaics. Zoya is a great host and very helpful, but not intrusive. Very friendly environment, I loved it. I would highly recommend staying there!

Like living in a piece of art!

This apartment is simply stunning inside and out! The murals outside and the tiling in the bathroom were created by the owner Sirma. She had created an incredible cocoon on solace right in the centre of what can be a noisy city. Though you know always that the convenience and excitement of the city in only outside your door, you can relax in this warm and cosy and apartment and forget about everything whilst you're there.

Occasional dogs barking. Though this is just the reality in Skopje and is in no way the fault of the owner.

Bina girişini bulmak oldukça güç oldu. Sokak kırık taşlarla dolu, ayağınızı kirmamaniz için dikkatli yurumenizi tavsiye ederim. Bina oldukça eski. Evin içerisi de temiz değil. Banyoda her yer sabun artığı ve saç ile dopdolu idi. Duşun içi ve klozet de temiz degildi. Biz girmeden bir temizlik yapildigini düşünmüyorum. Kanepenin üzerindeki örtü çok kirli idi. Yatak odasındaki yatağın içinde saç ve tüyler vardı. Yastıkta ise kirpik parçaları, saçlar ve yer yer kirlilik vardı. Ayrıca kapı çalındı ve yan komşu olduğunu söyleyen bir kadın yardım parası istediğini söyledi. Orada misafir olduğumuzu söyleyince, bildiğini ve bunu hep yaptığını söyledi. Kapımızın tanımadığımız biri tarafından çalınması ve ısrarla para istenmesi oldukça rahatsız ediciydi. Mutfakta en temel gereklilik olan tava yoktu. Diğer eşyalar da oldukça kirliydi. Yorgun argın giriş yaptıktan sonra, tüm banyo, mutfak kısacası tüm evi temizlemek zorunda kaldım. Bu durum oldukça can sıkıcı idi

Hyvä sijainti vaikka ohjeiden perusteella paikanpäälle löytäminen oli hieman haastava. Hyvä sänky ja viihtyisä huone/studio.

Pieni koko oli hieman hankala ja pitemmän päälle voisi alkaa haitata, mutta lyhyellä aikaa ei vielä haitannut.

Mükemmel İlgi ve Temiz ev, Sınırsız olanak

Tesisten çok memnun kaldım. Üsküp’e son dakika geldik ve ne yapacağımızı bilmiyorduk. Yorumlara baktık en ilgili çalışanlar burada gözüküyordu ve gerçekten öyle oldu. Biz balayı için Balkanları gezerken Üsküp’te burada konakladık. Ev tertemizdi. Her şey vardı. Duş ve tuvaletler çok güzeldi bir sanatçı evi gibiydi. Çok memnun kaldık tekrar gelirsek mutlaka burada olacağız. Merkeze yürüme 5 dk , otobüs terminaline 15dk mesafede.
