Didelė graži senos statybos vila ant jūros kranto su savo kiemu ir sodu. Pliažas už kelių žingsnių. Iki Sirakuzų (Ortigijos) 20 min automobiliu, iki Lidlo - 10 min. Greta - Plemmirio parkas.

The location at the bay with a stunning seaview incl. garden and small beach.
The condition of the villa was poor and some maintainance would be required. Nevertheless the basis was ok. Spacious rooms and beds with clean linen. The kitchen equipment could improve because there been only very big pots and pans.
