Location, size, cleanliness & communication from owner was all excellent.

The bed was very hard.

In the heart of Ortiga with the bonus of a spectacular sea view. Close to everything. There is a great roof top deck but it was not usable. It would have been nice if it was equipped with a couple of chairs. For us, it was too hot in any event. Pay parking is right across from the front door.

Kitchen could contain a few more amenities.

Location was perfect to explore Ortigia, rooftop view with Etna behind Syracuse was incredible

Nothing. Note that paid parking is directly at the doorstep but paid €20 per day for small car

We lived in apartment No. 3. The interior decoration is quite classical, but since it’s located by the coastal road and the windows aren’t well sealed, there’s traffic passing by all day and night — the Noise at night is unbearable, not suitable for light sleepers.

Also, when we brushed our teeth at night, the water from the tap was salty. We thought it was just because this is a seaside city, so we didn’t think much of it. But the next morning, things got worse — the water coming out of the tap was brown. The host said it was due to renovation work next door, but if you knew about this situation, shouldn’t you have informed us in advance so we could be prepared? My daughter drank the tap water directly — isn’t that unacceptable? You should have taken proper measures, such as informing us beforehand or providing enough drinking water, instead of letting guests bear the negative consequences.
