Charming cottage in a perfect location

The cottage was charming with a beautiful view of an open field. My favorite part was opening the French doors in the morning, looking out at the view, while having my coffee. The location was perfect and I enjoyed walking straight into town. Chipping Campden is a beautiful town and I found more quiet than other Cotswolds villages that are overrun with tourists and traffic. It was a great base to stay at. The hosts were very friendly and assured I had a close place to park upon arriving. I plan to visit again!

Alice and Jerome were fantastic hosts. The Annexe is such a warm, cosy and clean place to stay. The interior decorating is so thoughtful and really brings a calm, relaxing energy to The Annexe. It is walking distance to everywhere, what a great location

A magical stay for rest and reflection in Chipping Campden

The Annexe was a haven of peace, comfort and reflection. The furnishings, finishing touches and extra products added to our comfort and relaxation. Even though we travelled to the area for a wedding, when we arrived at the Annexe, we wanted to spend as much time as possible in the cottage to enjoy the space. You must star gaze out into the field in the evenings. Alice & Jerome have made the space truely unique and a place we will absolutely return too. Our stay will forever stay in our memories and hearts. Book the Annexe!

Cosy accommodation with its own special character. Delightful and helpful hosts. Quiet location in a lovely village (excuse me: town!), rewarding view to the back of the property. Best marks does not mean everything is perfect, but for any minor quibble you might care to find there is at least one bonus point the property deserves.

No free champagne on arrival (joke!). The only thing: do check the small print on parking. During our stay at least there was no on premises parking which was how we understood the Booking.com advert, although to be fair if you read the whole thing then it does state that parking is actually on the road. Parking on premises would have been quite a squeeze anyway, and - with one exception - we always managed to park in front of the house (and this was high season!). If that is not possible, there is more space within a couple of minutes' walk, so actually no problem

Exceptional

Wow What a wonderful find. This lovely Annexe is located off the road behind the houses. It is next to a little brook and overlooking a large field. It was lovely and quiet but only a 5min walk into the town, so great for popping out for dinner or a drink. The accommodation was excellent with the kitchen & dining area, along with a comfortable sitting room and a shower room downstairs and upstairs was the bedroom and bathroom. The kitchen had a full cooker and dishwasher, it also had all sorts of herbs and spices etc for you to use if you wanted to prepare your own meals. Alice and Jerome, our hosts, were really friendly and helpful offering advice on places to visit. We loved our stay here and would highly recommend The Annexe.

A perfect and peaceful sanctuary allowing you to switch off from everything and fully relax

Everything!! Alice's wonderful and kind touch is everywhere throughout The Annexe, so many thoughtful touches such as little chocolates on our pillows, drinks in the fridge, bedroom and lounge, and an array of books, games and relaxing quotes...it was a delight to explore and keep finding things! It was so well equipped and we couldn't have asked for anything more. Would definitely like to visit again soon. Located right in the town with several pubs, hotels, shops and cafes all in very short walking distance. All in all a perfect relaxing break and would highly recommend to anyone!

Beautiful cotswolds escape

Beautiful annex, the personal touches were really thought out, has everything you need and more! Really great location and lovely view from the living room. Alice and Jerome were so helpful and welcoming, helped us out a great deal when we had issues due to the train strikes. Could not recommend the annex enough!

Beautiful place to stay

The place is ideally located, beautifully presented and very comfortable. The owners are very friendly and provide helpful information on the local area. They also provide some nice personal touches including a gift card for a local deli and also additional personal touches. Would definitely stay again.

Very charming house with everything you need to enjoy your stay! A lot of thoughts have been put into the design of the house and it made the place special! Perfect for a cozy and quiet stay in the Cotswolds. The hosts are lovely and are trying their best to help out!

Wonderful property, delightful hosts, in a beautiful location

Beautiful property loaded with amazing things from memorabilia, beautiful products, candles, drinks, games, magazines and books… really fascinating to explore. Great location a few minutes walk into town with off street parking. Some lovely touches included which I will leave as a surprise for when you arrive!

It was a beautiful location. The propety was absolutly spotless with everything and more one needed to have a great few days away. lots of beauitful finishing touches which the host has done to make our stay more memorable. Can,t recomend this lovely annexe and village enough.

10/10 in every aspect. I have stayed in 7 different cottages in chipping campden and the surrounding areas and this was the best of them all. We had such a lovely, comfortable stay. The annexe is even nicer than the pictures and has beautiful views. Would recommend to anyone.

Cannot recommend the Annex highly enough. Ticks all the boxes for a perfect stay in the Cotswolds. Ideal location for visiting nearby attractions and such a cute little cottage with an amazing view. Alice & Jerome were so welcoming and provided essential suggestions for food, drinks and nearby attractions.

Lovely home that has absolutely everything you could possibly need. You can tell that a lot of time & effort has gone into making The Annexe what it is today. We were welcomed with a lovely hamper of local food, which kept us full during our stay. We would definitely return if visiting the Cotswolds again. Chipping Camden as a town is also beautiful, lots of great shops and places to eat. We also visited the Daylesford spa which was amazing and only a 25 min drive down the road.

Es war sehr angenehmer und entspannter Aufenthalt. Wir waren rundum zufrieden.

Sehr gute Lage mit einem schönen Ausblick aus dem Küchenfenster auf ein hügeliges Feld. Wir konnten vom Cottage aus unsere Wanderungen und Spaziergänge unternehmen. Die Küche war sehr gut ausgestattet, sogar mit Tee, Kaffee, Milch, Olivenöl, Gewürze etc. Sehr sympatische Gastgeber. Es gab ein Willkommensgeschenk. In den beiden Badezimmmern standen sehr viele Pflegeprodukte und Bademäntel zur Verfügung. Wifi war schnell.

Vielleicht etwas weniger Zeitschriften und Bücher.

Des del momento en que pusimos un pie en Chipping Campden sabiamos que nuestra estancia iba a ser especial, pero al llegar a The Annexe, todo mejoró. Ongelooflijk leuk huisje aan de rand van het dorp. Vriendelijke ontvangst door de eigenaren. We ontvingen een tegoedbon van een lokale delicatessenwinkel waar we dankbaar gebruik van gemaakt hebben. Het huisje is van alle gemakken voorzien en zeer sfeervol. Ook het dorpje heeft allerlei voorzieningen op loopafstand.
